Setup has two layers: the required tracker and an optional HTTP 403 edge.
Install
Register the domain. Put tracker.js in the head with the generated site ID. Marketing-page YOUR_DOMAIN samples will not work on a live site.
Verify
Open the page in your own browser. View protection code should show the tracker receiving data. For the edge layer, use Check that the edge layer works until it shows Working.
HTTP 403
Optional. Install either Nginx or Cloudflare. The tracker stops browser bots; the edge stops requests that never run JavaScript.
Decisions
Profile thresholds choose allow, challenge, or block. Hostile User-Agents are flagged on the first hit. A human check opens if there is no interaction for a short window.
